Donna Dodd is a Benefits Account Executive of the Employee Benefits Division of Meeker Sharkey Associates. Donna’s duties and responsibilities include developing client relationships, daily client servicing needs, account renewal marketing and carrier relationship management.

Donna was formerly a Client Service Associate of Banc of America Corporate Insurance Agency (BACIA). Her duties consisted of working with a team of producers to help analyze client accounts. She worked with insurance carriers to obtain benefit proposals on clients' behalf by marketing benefit offerings such as medical, dental, life, short and long term disability; conducted benefit comparisons and pricing for clients; assisted with policy renewals, prepared client presentations and presented renewal proposals to clients. She analyzed employee benefit plan documents and assisted with customer service issues. Serving as a liaison between carriers and clients, she researched new products, vendors and plans in the marketplace.

Donna has experience in claims processing and managed care coordination.

Donna was born in Newark, New Jersey and graduated from Howard University School of Business with a degree in Finance.  Donna holds Health, Life and Property & Casualty licenses. 

Donna lives in Newark with her husband Cleveland and three children.
