Greg Sandler is Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division of Meeker Sharkey Associates. Greg focuses on creating lasting and tangible value for organizations that are working on increasing their revenues and market share. He helps businesses achieve their corporate goals by implementing a wide variety of health insurance products and strategies, human resources services and long-range planning.
Greg’s experience enables him to effectively understand and analyze his customers' exposures to healthcare reform and cost increases and to in turn design insurance programs that sustainably control health insurance costs. His key areas of expertise include health insurance, payroll, HR outsourcing, disease management, care coordination, HR technology and training. At Meeker Sharkey, Greg’s responsibilities include new business development, new business marketing, client relationships, account renewal marketing and carrier relationship management.
Prior to joining Meeker Sharkey Associates, Greg was part of the benefits organizations at Corporate Synergies and CheckPointHR. Greg has held a NJ/NY health and life insurance producer license since 2005. In addition to Greg's work in the health insurance industry, he holds active leadership roles with his townhome homeowners association, Toastmasters International, the YM-YWHA of North Jersey Jewish Community Center, United Jewish Communities of Metrowest in New Jersey and the Youth Soccer Program at the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne. Greg is an avid runner and enjoys skiing, hiking and biking.
Greg is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a BSC in Communications and minor in Business Administration. He resides in Wayne, NJ with his wife Lauren and two children, Noah and Julia.
