Alison Beshar is Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lines Manager for the Property and Casualty Division of Meeker Sharkey Associates, LLC.

Before joining Meeker Sharkey, Alison worked for Willis North America for ten (10) years.  Her most recent position was as Assistant Vice President, Team Leader and Sr. Client Manager for a large book of diversified Commercial Property and Casualty accounts which included financial services, manufacturing, technology, construction, non-for-profit organizations and transportation risks.  Prior to joining Willis, Alison worked for Marsh, Inc. in Atlanta and New York as Client Advocate on reverse flow and global accounts.  She has over twenty (20) years of experience in the insurance industry.

Alison holds the following designations:  Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and is currently working towards the Associates in Risk Management (ARM).  She is also a member of the Association of Professional Insurance Women.

Alison is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. However, she has lived in New Jersey for the past fifteen (15) years and currently resides in Cranford, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
