We provide you with an in house service team in conjunction with Health Advocate which will handle all service needs ranging from talking with employees about plan options, handling complex claims issues and assisting with selecting a doctor or hospital. All employees are provided with a card that includes call center contact information.

Health Advocate - Nurse Aided Services

• Highly experienced experts who personally help employees and their families navigate the healthcare and insurance systems
• Assists members with clinical, administrative and insurance-related issues, serving as liaisons with healthcare providers, insurance plans and health-related community services
• Resolves issues expertly and efficiently; the Health Advocate can help increase productivity, improve health outcomes, ease the burden on the HR staff and save employees and employers both time and money

Meeker Sharkey Service team – Routine Service Issues

• Handles day-to-day client and employee benefits questions
• Identifies employee educational needs and carrier errors
• Provides Advocacy cards with phone number for all employees
• Employee education and assistance year-round with additional focus during open enrollment
