In most cases, our compensation is based on industry-standard commissions paid to us by the carrier with whom we have negotiated coverage on your behalf.

In no case do we incorporate policy issuance fees or hidden surcharges.

If additional fees are required for extraordinary services, they will be discussed in advance with you.

We can also work with your organization on a fee-for-service basis targeted to the unique needs of your organization.

In either form of compensation, our income will be fully transparent to you.
